As the Mission s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor, the Specialist provides MEL leadership, guidance, and direction at USAID/Tunisia by designing, developing, and implementing Mission-wide MEL processes and compliance procedures, ensuring consistency with Agency MEL guidance.
